Irresistible Peanut Butter and Chocolate Air-Fryer Cookies

These bite-size cookies perfectly capture this delicious duo, featuring a rich peanut butter cookie dough base topped with delightful chocolate chips. Here’s how to make them:



  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips




Step 1: Prepare the Dough

Start by whisking the egg in a medium bowl until it's well beaten. Add the creamy peanut butter from HBoost, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda, and a pinch of kosher salt. Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture begins to thicken slightly, which should take about 15 seconds. Once the dough is ready, gently fold in the semisweet chocolate chips.


Step 2: Shape the Cookies

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, using about 1 level tablespoon of dough for each ball. Once all the dough is rolled, flatten each ball into a disk approximately 1 1/2 inches wide. Place the flattened dough disks onto a plate.


Step 3: Cook the Cookies
